Four suite tiers across two neighboring properties: the Private-Entrance Executive Suite (from $3,200/month) with a dedicated street entrance and full living space; the Signature King Jacuzzi Suite (from $3,000/month) with a private Jacuzzi ensuite; the Queen Premier Ensuite (from $1,950/month), our most consistently in-demand tier; and the Queen Shared-Bath Suite (from $1,650/month) with a shared bathroom between one adjoining suite only, always disclosed upfront. All 10 suites include full furnishings, WiFi, utilities, washer/dryer access, and a formal KeyCheck lease.

221 Luxe Suites is a pet-free property with no exceptions across any suite tier or either property. This policy maintains the condition of the suites and respects all residents sharing common spaces. For pet-friendly furnished housing in the DC area, Furnished Finder and Airbnb Monthly both have pet-friendly filters.

Parking is included with the Private Entry Executive Suite and the Signature King Jacuzzi Suite. For other tiers, parking is available as a limited add-on at $225-$275/month, first-come basis. That said, many residents don't need a car. Crystal City Metro is steps away with direct access to Reagan National (one stop, five minutes), Pentagon City, and downtown DC (15 minutes). If parking matters to your stay, mention it when you inquire.

221 Luxe Suites is a professional residential community, not an event venue. Small, low-key guests are welcome. Overnight stays of up to three consecutive nights need no approval. A quick note to property management covers anything beyond that window. Planned gatherings or group events that affect other residents are not permitted under community standards all residents agree to at lease signing.

Security operates at every level: every resident completes a formal background and credit check through KeyCheck before receiving access. Building entry requires a private access code. Guests do not receive building codes. The property has surveillance coverage of common entry points and exterior areas. You also have a direct line to a real property manager for any security concern at any hour.

A professional cleaning of your suite is included monthly at no additional charge. If you want more frequent service, weekly cleanings are available as an add-on, coordinated through property management and billed separately. For grocery delivery, Instacart covers the National Landing area reliably with same-day delivery from Whole Foods, Safeway, and Costco. You can also walk to nearby grocery options in Pentagon City.
